Nine Inch Nails fans from around the country found their way into Chicago on Friday, the 29th to watch the band give their last headlining performance in the United States .
The band knew how special this show was to them and us as they provided us with a limited edition Chicago tour shirt and played a two hour set that included almost every song they have been playing on this tour. …

Any movie that kills a ten year old boy in the first five minutes is okay in my book.
Let me clarify; Any horror movie written and directed by Sam Raimi and not taking itself too seriously is my idea of a good time had by all.
The movie begins in 1969 in Pasadena, California with a family bringing their possessed boy to a medium claiming that for the past three days, he has been seeing and hearing strange things. In the medium’s greatest efforts to extract the demon from the boy, he is instead, Dragged To Hell. I might...

” The Brothers Bloom” is a fantastic comedy, fairy tale and con movie all rolled into one starring Adrien Brody, Mark Ruffalo, and Rachel Weisz. Brody and Ruffalo play brothers who con millionaires with elaborate stories filled with “thematic arcs and hidden symbolism” created by Stephen (Ruffalo). Bloom (Brody) wants out and wants to live an “unwritten life.” After Bloom disappears for awhile, his brother approaches him for one last con. The mark is the beautiful Penelope Stamp (Weisz), a...

Perry Farrell gave an ass-shattering performance last night. But I’m giving too much away too soon. More on that later.
My day started out with a once in a lifetime opportunity to meet Trent Reznor and the band for donating money to a great cause to help a young man receive a new heart. All of this because Trent was eager to help a man that was bound in all of the red tape of the health care system. We arrived extra extra early to make sure nothing could go wrong. And after a few grunts and groans of missing the road into...

I decided to take a well deserved and long overdue vacation to Chicago. So I went online to find the perfect place to rest my head. Being a 25 year old recent divorcée, I needed somewhere that was quiet but close to hot spots – somewhere that I could really treat myself for six days. I spent a long night scouring the Internet for accommodations and one website finally caught my eye. …

Most gamers who are in at least their early 20′s will tell you that the most fun they had in 1996 was spent in the dark and under the covers. No, Leisure Suit Larry fans, not like that. I am talking, of course, about Capcom’s release of Resident Evil, and the late night dares from your friends to play it with all the lights off.
13 years, 11 new systems, and 6 games later, we have come a long way from 32-bit zombies and typewriter ribbons. Here we are with the latest installment, Resident Evil 5, and this survivor-horror...

As the second installment by director Shawn Levy, Battle of the Smithsonian takes it up a notch, or nineteen notches.
As you know from the first Night at the Museum, Larry Daley (Ben Stiller) is the night guard at the Museum of Natural History, but when the lights go out, the place comes to life. This movie begins with Daley living a new life, with a higher pay grade outside of the museum. He is now selling products on infomercials. He visits the museum and discovers that all of his friends of the night are about to be shipped...

Terminator Salvation is the first in the series to dive into the battle for the future, and lucky for us it stays in that time line. This is the fourth installment of the cyborg-driven action film starring Christian Bale (The Dark Knight, American Psycho) as John Connor the prophesized-leader of the Resistance. Though it has been prophesized, doesn’t mean that everyone believes in his leadership. In fact, John is not the leader of the Resistance, and plays a role of a leader of a branch of it’s organization. …

Here is the trailer for the next installment in the disaster movie genre “The Road”. Watch as Viggo fights to survive & protect his family in a post-apocalyptic world. Though the trailer states that the movie doesn’t come out until this fall, I think we can start getting excited for “The Road”. …

The office started out this week with the crew trying to get out of work early. This is something that season 5 might have thought about doing, with 25 great episodes this season the 26th falls a little short. In episode 26 we find ourselves at the annual Dunder Mifflin “Company Picnic”, you would think a situation like that would lead to loads of laughs but, as it turns out it just seems cut short. …

Here is the the new trailer for Land of the Lost, the thing that most excites me about this summer release is that Danny McBride (East Bound and Down, Pineapple Express) is in the film. Danny is accompanied by Will Ferrell (SNL, Old School) and Anna Friel (Pushing Daisies) this should turn out to be an extremely funny movie. So watch the trailer and go see Land of the Lost on June 5th, 2009. …
