In this Tuesday edition of Lost in News we cover the A-Team cameo that isn’t, Captain America getting ready to film, 2012’s 460 million take in China, and Christopher Nolan’s Inception trailer. Some Avatar sequel rumors and speculation, Robin Hood in 3D?, Piranha 3D, and RepoMen.

The 'new' A-team

Latino Review got a chance to ask Mr. T about any shot of making an appearance in the currently filming A-Team film. The Short answer? No. The A-Team is due out June 11, 2010 (Source: Latino Review)

The First Avenger: Captain America director Joe Johnston, whose Wolfman is due out Feb 12, has begun making the promotional rounds for that film. One stop is an interview in the current issue of Fangoria. In the piece Johnston alludes to the fact that America is set to start filming around June. Now the biggest question on every comic book fan’s mind, Who will play the titular character? Captain America is due out July 2011 (Source: First Showing, /Film)

In a battle of giant CGI fest, 2012 has overtaken Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen in China bringing in 460 million yuan or $67.3 million to you and me; thus ensuring that the future of disaster style flicks is safe. (Variety)

The Christopher Nolan directed Inception, which we have covered a couple of times in the past couple of weeks in Lost in News had it’s second teaser trailer show up on-line Monday. Head over to Lost in Previews to check it out. It’s not to be missed as it looks incredible.

Avatar 2 rumors and speculation…yes already, you really can’t be surprised about that can you? (/Film)

Between last week’s trailer and yesterday’s poster, this summer’s Robin Hood has been in the news quite a bit lately. The latest tidbit is that thanks to the success of Avatar it may now be getting on the 3D release bandwagon. (Ain’t-it-Cool-News)

One film that foresaw the 3D explosion and thus was filmed in true stereo vision Piranha 3D, is set to have it’s trailer premiere in theaters this weekend in front of Avatar. Sounds like I may have enough reason to go see Avatar a third time to catch the Piranha 3D trailer in its natural and intended habitat. Piranha 3D is due out April 16, 2010

Closing out this Tuesday edition of Lost in News is the first poster and red band (read NSFW, Rated R) Trailer for the upcoming Universal pictures release RepoMen. I feel like this trailer might give away a bit too much about the film so fair warning. Not sure how I feel about the trailer itself. Seems like a pretty zany, possibly over the top Sci-Fi action film, although with a pretty strong cast featuring Jude Law (Sherlock Holmes), Forest Whitaker, and Liev Schreiber I am keeping an open mind. RepoMen is due out April 2, 2010.

About Lost in Reviews

Named after the 2003 film Lost in Translation, Lost in Reviews set out to embody the philosophy of this film in a website. Discouraged with the lack of passion in modern day criticism, founders Angela Davis and Ryan Davis created the entertainment review site in 2009. The idea being that, this would be the go-to place for people to find that something that was missing in their life through film or music.

Lost in Reviews is based in Kansas City, Dallas and Chicago. The site covers all aspects of entertainment, but tries to focus more on the easily over-looked. Lost in Reviews is the home to the starving filmmaker and indie bands everywhere. If you’re looking for a voice or trying to share in a vision, then Lost in Reviews just may be the place to help you get there. As the tag line for Lost in Translation says: “Everyone wants to be found.” So find yourself Lost in Reviews.
