How Do You Know has a trailer that is a bit awkward. The movie follows former softball athlete Lisa (Reese Witherspoon) in a love triangle of sorts with her current baseball boyfriend (Owen Wilson) and corporate guy (Paul Rudd). From the trailer, I get the impression that there are three different main characters while the synopsis indicates otherwise. It is a somewhat funny trailer with an unexpected appearance from Jack Nicholson. James L. Brooks (The Simpsons) wrote and directed How Do You Know. The movie also stars Andrew Wilson, Tara Subkoff, and Kathryn Hahn.
