Lost in Previews: I Am Number Four Trailer 2

This is the second trailer for I Am Number Four.  It gives more detail about what the film is actually about compared to the first trailer and Timothy Olyphant actually gets some screen time in the trailer.  I have seen comments on the trailer that say that the trailer gives too much away.  I was intrigued by the first trailer, and this second trailer just makes the film look more appealing to me.  The film stars Alex Pettyfer, Timothy Olyphant, Teresa Palmer, Dianna Agron, Kevin Durand, and Callan McAuliffe.  The official synopsis from the official site:

Three are dead.  Who is Number Four?  D.J. Caruso (Eagle EyeDisturbia) helms an action-packed thriller about an extraordinary teen, John Smith (Alex Pettyfer), who is a fugitive on the run from ruthless enemies sent to destroy him.  Changing his identity, moving from town to town with his guardian Henri (Timothy Olyphant), John is always the new kid with no ties to his past.  In a small Ohio town he now calls home, John encounters unexpected, life-changing events–his first love (Dianna Argon), powerful new abilities and a connection to others who share his incredible destiny.

John is an extraordinary teen, masking his true identity and passing as a typical high school student to elude a deadly a deadly enemy seeking to destroy him.  Three like him have been killed . . . he is Number Four.

I Am Number Four is in theatres February 18, 2011.
