Lost in Previews: Bad Teacher Red-Band Trailer

Well, this is a surprise.  A comedy starring Cameron Diaz and Justin Timberlake actually looks funny and entertaining.  Jason Segel is also in on the fun.  Bad Teacher is basically about a  bad teacher who really does not care to teach at all and is just waiting for a guy with some money to come along so that she can quit.  I hope that this movie is not one of those that has all of the funny stuff in the trailer and the rest of the movie is lame.  It has potential to be a funny flick.  It’s safe to say that this will be an R rated movie.  I love the little Twilight jab at the end of the trailer.  Official Synopsis:

Some teachers just don’t give an F. For example, there’s Elizabeth (Cameron Diaz). She’s foul-mouthed, ruthless, and inappropriate. She drinks, she gets high, and she can’t wait to marry her meal ticket and get out of her bogus day job. When she’s dumped by her fiancé, she sets her plan in motion to win over a rich, handsome substitute (Justin Timberlake) – competing for his affections with an overly energetic colleague, Amy (Lucy Punch). When Elizabeth also finds herself fighting off the advances of a sarcastic, irreverent gym teacher (Jason Segel), the consequences of her wild and outrageous schemes give her students, her coworkers, and even herself an education like no other.

Bad Teacher is in theatres June 24, 2011.
