Wilfred is a remake of an Australian show by the same name. Normally just reading the words remake make me want to go screaming for the woods. However this time I am blissfully in the dark about anything regarding the new FX comedy’s predecessor and I could not be happier. Because if the promo is any indication of how good this show is going to be I don’t want to know anything about the original. Except to say thank you creators Jason Gann and Adam Zwar for creating what looks to be a wildly funny show.
Wilfred stars Elijah Wood, Jason Gann, Fiona Gubelmann, and Dorian Brown and is set to premiere June 2011 on FX.
