Lost in Previews: ParaNorman

Call it my man child ways but I have a certain place for “scary” kids movies. Think 2006’s Monster House, or 2009’s Coraline. Which brings me directly to ParaNorman which is actually from the makers of Coraline. Between this trailer, the Plot description and the poster I’m already sold on seeing this film come next August 17, 2012 when the film releases. The voice cast is also loaded with talent as well including the likes of Anna Kendrick (50/50), Leslie Mann (Funny People), John Goodman and Casey Affleck.

From the films Wikipedia Page:

In the comedy thriller, a small town comes under siege by zombies. Who can it call? Only misunderstood local boy Norman, who is able to speak with the dead. In addition to the zombies, he’ll have to take on ghosts, witches and, worst of all, moronic grown-ups, to save his town from a centuries-old curse. But this young ghoul whisperer may find his paranormal activities pushed to their otherworldly limits.
