Lost In ReviewsNamed after the 2003 film Lost in Translation, Lost in Reviews set out to embody the philosophy of this film in a website. Discouraged with the lack of passion in modern day criticism, founders Angela Davis and Ryan Davis created the entertainment review site in 2009. The idea being that, this would be the go-to place for people to find that something that was missing in their life through film or music.
This week on Blu Monday Angela and I discuss Drive, The Woman, PJ Harvey Let England Shake: 12 Short Films By Seamus Murphy, Outrage, The Other F Word, and In Time. Check out the video below and let us know what you think!

I’m kicking a dead horse here but that artwork on drive is still and will always be a fucking travesty against the film. It also feels like a kick squarely to the balls of fans of the film from the distributer of the disc. Though it looks like its a play on the French version of the poster.

At least they left the scorpion off the front of the jacket.

No, it’s the worst movie ever made! (intended sarcasm)

I love how Angela is smelling the DVD in that screen shot.

Yes, also being a car nerd it annoys me that the car on the Blu-Ray artwork as best I can tell was never even in the film! It looks similar to Drivers personal car but as best I can tell isn’t as I don’t think his car had a hood scoop.
