This is the first trailer for Hitchcock. It is very different from what I thought it would be. There is a lot of humor in the trailer, and I assume in the film as well. I love the line “By the way, try the finger sandwiches. They are real fingers.” Anthony Hopkins looks good in the makeup even though it is a bit noticeable in the close up shots. If his head was more oval than round, he would be a dead ringer for Hitchcock himself. Hitchcock based on the book Alfred Hitchcock and the Making of Psycho by Stephen Rebello. The film stars Anthony Hopkins, Helen Mirren, Scarlett Johansson, Danny Huston, Tony Collette, Jessica Biel, Michael Stuhlbarg, James D’Arcy, Michael Wincott, Richard Portnow, and Kurtwood Smith. John J. McLaughlin wrote the screenplay and Sacha Gervasi directed the film.
