Lollapalooza Day 2

Day two of Lollapalooza left us with much lighter fare. With headliners Mumford and Sons and The Postal Service there wasn’t much argument when it came to the “must see act”. The Postal Service was one show away from ending their 10 year reunion and before that intimate experience, Ben Gibbard delivered a masterful festival performance.
The rest of the day was filled with rumors of a failed Death Grips performance and the strain that it would take on The Grove stage. At the end of the day Death Grips got their publicity hurting attendance for fantastic performances by St Lucia. All and all Saturday was a success producing record numbers, and eager fans.
