(They aren’t kidding when they say M for Mature folks! This isn’t for kids under 17.)
If you like God of War but own an Xbox 360, then “hold onto your butts,” because EA has come out with their answer to the Sony exclusive game that has thrilled gamers for the past 5 years. Unfortunately, Visceral Games seemed to think that in order to make Dante’s Inferno...

It’s been a few years since 2K dropped the bombshell of Bioshock, leaving everyone dying to see what was next. The original Bioshock took gamers out of the generic WWII battlefields, away from the Flood infested rings of Halo and submerged them into the dystopian wonderland of Rapture. Giving some completely unique enemies such as the protective and powerful Big Daddies and...

Mass Effect is one of those rare gems that takes your gaming experience to a whole new level. Amazingly, Mass Effect 2 has found a way to improve upon it’s storytelling from the first game. ME2 is a sequel that can compare to the likes of The Empire Strikes Back, The Godfather II, and even The Dark Knight, by giving you another deeply enthralling story to suck you in and keep you playing...

War is the name and vengeance is the game. This epic battle between the forces of good and evil is driven by so many blasts from your gaming past that it fringes on plagiarism, but keeps it fresh though thoroughly familiar. Say hello to Darksiders.
You play as War, a Horseman of the Apocalypse, who is charged in keeping the balance between Heaven and Hell. Through some crafty deception, he is tricked into bringing about the end of the world, and after an epic battle, gives demons a foothold in the final showdown. He is punished...

Imagine this: you’re on a business trip to China with your hetero-life mate. You’re surrounded by a fantastic culture, neon signs lighting up the city streets. It’s a great trip, until EVIL SOLDIERS ATTACK! Whoa, right? I mean, that got intense pretty quickly. If my little story enthralled you, then you’d better grab an energy drink and put on your Rush Hour T-shirt, because the Co-op shooter Army of Two: The 40th Day is here. Boom.
Alright, so the story is a little lacking….by “little”...

Remember Chuck Norris? Well, he’s a girl scout compared to Dick Marcinko. “Demo Dick” was a real life American badass, doing tours in Vietnam as a Navy SEAL and then continued to lead two other Special Forces teams. Seriously, this guy was one mean motor scooter. You would think that a video game about this guy would be pretty entertaining; with such an awesome life, how could the game go wrong? Unfortunately, Rebellion Studios and Bethesda found a way.
I’ll let the games own description fill you in...

Assassin’s creed 2 adds the beauty of historic Italy to it’s complex game structure. Though it greatly resembles it’s predecessor, developers took enough steps in the right direction to give us a much better game this time around, complete with an involved plot, a fun open-world scheme, and cleavage as far as the male eye can see.
Let’s look back for a moment. The original Assassin’s Creed reminded me of Ryan’s description of Transformers 2. It was like having some really great homemade...

We all remember when the zombie apocalypse hit the fictional cities of Fairfield and Riverside in Left 4 Dead, but things have gone south. Now, we’re getting some southern hospitality in settings like Louisiana. Unfortunately, “hospitality” includes a ton of zombies, new Special Infected and hurricanes. It looks like it’s going to be the worst Mardi Gras ever.
So, Left 4 Dead 2 (L4D2) is the sequel to Valve’s beloved zombie shooter. I guess that a sequel was easier than making some new content...

For 15 years, Tekken has been a staple in the fighting game genre. It’s gone from being an arcade and PlayStation exclusive, to finally including the millions of Xbox 360 owners across the world with it’s latest installment. So Tekken-newbies, prepare for a world of hurt. Tekken-gurus, dust off your fighting fingers. Whichever you are, prepare yourself for some frustration, rage, and glory-moments as you welcome Tekken 6 to your console.

We’ve all heard the hype about the new, FPS/RPG Borderlands. After seeing the graphic and hilarious trailer, I was pretty pumped up for this title. With a supposed 3.5 million guns to be found and laughs to be had, the game is promising a lot. Let’s find out if this funky fresh game lives up to the surrounding news.
The story is fairly simple. I mean, it’s really simple. It takes place on the planet Pandora and your main goal is to find this legendary treasure, called The Vault. Like in Fallout 3, Borderlands...

WET is a new breed of third-person action games. While the name itself caused an eye roll as I popped it in the Xbox 360, the minute the gameplay began, that eye roll was long forgotten. WET is a wild ride that gets every ounce of you pumped up for the next scene and adding plenty of “Oh shit!” moments that barrel it over some of it’s potholes along the way.
You play as Rubi Malone, a leather armor-clad vixen. She’s a bounty hunter/assassin/deadly woman for hire, and when things go wrong on a job,...

Brütal Legend throws you back into memories of Heavy Metal from 1981. Remember that? Trolls, scantily clad women, medieval weapons and over-the-top metal riffs. Brütal Legend brings modern day laughs into the ancient world of vikings and Stonehenge. Prepare to have your face melted, your jeans acid washed, and your hair to be trimmed into a godly, flowing mullet. With guitar and make-up kit in hand, we bravely step into the world of metal.
The story of Brütal Legend is centered around the world’s greatest roadie,...

What could be cooler than taking control of your favorite super heroes and beating the snot out of unsuspecting bad guys?! Well, it would be an original concept if they’d never made the first Ultimate Alliance. This new supercharged adventure has everything you’ve come to expect from Marvel’s series of beat ‘em ups: super powers, super villains, super tight clothes and super gruff voices, but they forgot the super fun.
Ultimate Alliance 2 does have a few changes from the first one, but the biggest...

The newest edition to the Harmonix music-game empire is The Beatles: Rock Band. Boasting not only popular songs from the influential British band, but audio-samples, behind-the-scenes photos, and videos all previously on lock-down from Apple Corps; it seems that The Beatles: Rock Band should be an instant winner. Unfortunately, only hardcore Beatles fans may actually think so.
Instead of creating a player and beginning a career that takes you all over the globe, TB:RB has introduced a Story Mode. As Harmonics and MTV...

Before you get to angry from the title, hear me out. I’m a Halo fan, I’ve beaten every Halo game on Legendary up to this point, I’ve read the books, and for the most part, I’ve loved everything about it. You could imagine that, like any Halo fan, once I got my hands on ODST, I was jumping up and down like a little girl. The trailers did everything right and the new Firefight modes looked totally awesome. Unfortunately, Bungie failed to let us know that we would be paying $65 for half a game.
I don’t...
