The Dark Knight Rises prologue is being shown in front of certain IMAX showings of Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol.  Not many cities have the prologue since there were certain specifications for the IMAX screen that had to be met in order to show it.  Seeing as the bulk of the writers on Lost in Reviews are Kansas City based, they did not get a chance to see it.  I am based in Dallas, and it is not showing anywhere near Dallas.  The nearest theatre for me is probably in Austin.  Fortunately, I am visiting family...
