Giveaway Rules and Regulations

Giveaways are open to any living persons, in the United States, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Winners will be selected in a random drawing by a Lost in Reviews staff member or the Sponsor of the Giveaway unless the Giveaway requires an individual critiqued selection by a Lost in Reviews staff member or the Sponsor of the Giveaway, those decisions are final and binding in all respects relating to the Giveaway. Winners will be notified by email or upon the arrival of the giveaway item. If it is required and we are unable to contact a winner at their given email on the Giveaway’s end date, the Prize is forfeited and an alternate winner will be drawn from all remaining eligible entries. The Giveaway winner grants permission to have their name used by Lost in Reviews and have all information provided sent to the Sponsors for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation. Multiple entries from the same name, IP address, home address, or email will disqualify the entrants from the Giveaway and could disqalify the entries from any further Giveaways. Lost in Reviews reserves the right to cancel any Giveaway with out any notice or revoke the privilege for entrants to enter any Giveaway or further Giveaways.

Void where prohibited otherwise or restricted by law. By entering or accepting any Giveaway winner agrees to be bound by these Giveaway Rules and Regulations, and to comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. All licenses, registrations, federal, state and local taxes are the winner’s sole responsibility. There are no prize substitutions, transfers or cash equivalents permitted. Unless prohibited by law, entry into this Giveaway constitutes permission to use winner’s name and address (street, city and state) email, pictures, age, location, sex, and any other information required to be eligible for advertising and publicity purposes for this or similar promotions without further compensation. By accepting the Giveaway item, the winner agrees to release and hold Lost in Reviews along with any staff member from Lost in Reviews from any responsibility for any and all damage, injury, death, loss, misfortune or other liability of any kind that may arise from or in connection with his or her acceptance of the Giveaway item, possession or use of the Giveaway item, or his or her participation in this Giveaway, or from any misuse or malfunction of any Giveaway item awarded.

By filling out the entry form you are here by stating that Lost in Reviews may use any information included in the entry form including name, address (street, city, and state), email, pictures, age, location, sex, and any other information required to be eligible for the Giveaway in any advertising and publicity purposes for this or similar promotions without further compensation even if the entrant is not the winner of the Giveaway.

Entrants will be enrolled to receive the Lost in Reviews e-mail newsletter(s) .

The use of the term Lost in Reviews also includes any variation on the website name including www.lostinreviews.com, lostinreviews, the Lost in Reviews Twitter account, the Lost in Reviews Facebook account, any Lost in Reviews staff member’s Twitter or Facebook Account and Giveaways done on the affiliated Lost in Reviews Podcast.

These Rules and Regulations are also the terms for any off site Lost in Reviews Giveaways in including Giveaways that are done via the lost in reviews Twitter account, the Lost in Reviews Facebook account, the Lost in Reviews You Tube account, any Lost in Reviews staff member’s Twitter or Facebook account and Giveaways done on the affiliated Lost in Reviews Almost Locals Only Podcast.

Ryan is the Founder of Lost in Reviews, a member of The Kansas City Film Critic's Circle, and a key component in the movement to digitally restore the 1986 classic film The Gate. Ryan is also the co-host of Blu Monday a DVD and Blu Ray review show which Lost in Reviews co-founder Angela Davis also appears. While he may be a film and music snob, that doesn't mean you can't be friends. Well it could if you don't like the same bands or films he does, overall it might be best to avoid the subject all together.
